Terms & Conditions

SPECIAL NEEDS - Please note any special needs, including wheelchair seating, on your order form under "Special Instructions" when you check out.  We will make every effort to accommodate needs or requests, but cannot guarantee them.

SECURITY - Northwest Associated Arts (NWAA) uses a secure website to process your credit card, and does not store any credit card information on our servers.

PAYMENTS - Online payments through our website can be made with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. Tickets are also available by calling 206.246.6040.

MAILING - Your tickets will be mailed to you from Seattle,Washington using standard US postal service first-class mail. Please be sure to provide us with your current mailing address when you complete your order.

HANDLING FEE - A $1.50 per-ticket handling fee will be charged to help offset handling and shipping costs, up to a maximum fee of $9.00 per ticket order.  Handling fee costs are noted on your order form.

WILL CALL - Tickets ordered within a week of the concert will be available for pick up at will call the day of the performance.

REFUNDS - Please be sure to confirm the concert dates and quantities of tickets in your shopping cart before finalizing your order. If you notice a problem with your ticket order after you have submitted the order,please call us at 206.246.6040 or e-mail us at orders@nwassociatedarts.org as soon as possible. Orders which have already shipped cannot be refunded.

GROUP DISCOUNTS - Discounts are available to groups of ten or more to any concert. For more information,please contact paulb@nwassociatedarts.org.
